Established in 2064 B.S. in Kirtipur, Nepal, Sakriya Sath was founded as a civil society organization dedicated to public awareness, community health education, and social empowerment. The organization was built on the core conviction that every person deserves accurate health information, protection from discrimination, and compassionate community support.
Driven by its primary organizational motto, "Building a society free from HIV and AIDS," Sakriya Sath concentrates its work across five verified thematic areas: HIV and AIDS awareness, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Gender-Based Violence (GBV), disaster relief, and media mobilization.
Our initiatives actively focus on marginalized communities, youth, and adults. By creating respectful, safe, and open spaces for dialogue, we ensure that essential public health knowledge, human dignity, and disaster preparedness reach individuals and families across all segments of society.
